Welcome to Swanborough Farm

Swanborough Farm is a 1000 acre estate situated at the foot of the picturesque South Downs, just south of Lewes in East Sussex. It is farmed by the Greenwood's, who have owned it for over100 years.

Today the farm is a diverse mixture of arable and beef cattle with the old dairy being converted into industrial units for small local businesses. The farm is now also home to a small DIY livery yard, three coarse fishing lakes, and has it's own private landing strip.

Fishing Lakes

Swanborough Fishing Lakes comprises of three well stocked lakes for you to fish on with a choice of Tench, Carp and Chubb

The lakes are located just south of Lewes, East Sussex on the C7 in between the villages of Kingston and Iford.

DIY Livery

Swanborough Farm has a small friendly DIY livery yard with 10 stables and all year turnout. We have superb off road riding straight onto the South Downs.

Industrial Units

Swanborough Farm has several industrial units available for rental please call for availability.

Aviation

Swanborough Farm has it's own grass airstrip.
