
Swanborough Farm is a 1000 acre estate situated at the foot of the picturesque South Downs, just south of Lewes in East Sussex. It is farmed by the Greenwood's, who have owned it for over100 years. Today the farm is a mixture of arable and beef cattle with the old dairy being converted into industrial units forsmall local businesses. The farm is now also home to a small DIY livery yard, three coarse fishing lakes and a commercial shoot.
Film & Television usage
Due to the outstanding natural beauty of the farm and the excellent location on the South Downs, we have also leased it for film and television use on several occasions.
Swanborough Fishing Lakes comprises of three well stocked lakes for you to fish on with a choice of Tench, Carp and Chubb
The lakes are located just south of Lewes, East Sussex on the C7 in between the villages of Kingston and Iford.
Swanborough Farm has a small friendly DIY livery yard with 10 stables and all year turnout. We boast superb off road riding straight onto the South Downs.
